Helping through Horticulture: Family Giving Connections, Inc.

Our company, Mertie Mae’s, was recently contacted by Kara Joseph of the Family Giving Connections firm.  I strongly believe in the work they are doing, and wanted to pass the word along to you:

Dear Mertie,

We are working on a project through to help Haitians sustain themselves at home after the destruction of the earthquake a few years ago. We are looking for donations of seeds in an effort to promote long-term empowering change in this devastated country. As the saying goes, Give a man a fish, you have fed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you have fed him for a long time. If you can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Kara Beth Joseph

Project Coordinator
